Tenants must provide the following :
- Provide valid and current credit check and employment references
- Provide content and liability insurance prior to signing the lease(at their cost)
- Agree to and sign Annex to lease with the following guidelines :
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, marajuana or cannabis, any other type of legal or illegal drug, vaping, bongs, shisha or other)
- No subletting for AirBnB or any other type of sub-rental
- No painting, altering, renovation or changing of the property without the direct written consent of the owners and/or their representative.
- Animals permitted but only at the sole discretion of the owner and/or their representative whether dog, cat, hamster, gerbil, mouse, or any type of rodent, fish.
- Repairs due to tenants will be repaired by tenants (example plumbing blocks) and must be reported back to he owners and/or their representative. Any defects found in the home must be disclosed immediately for their repair and/or attention.
